Two State Metro Double for Sebring

 In 2015

With his oldest progeny just four year-olds, Golden Slipper winner Sebring is sailing along this season posting his 50th Australian winner since August 1 when Flying Sebring scored at Rosehill on Wednesday.

The Chris Waller trained four year-old won three starts at two, but was back in the winner’s circle for the first time since June 2013 when he scored over 1900 metres by a length as favourite.

A $70,000 Magic Millions purchase from the Orange Grove Thoroughbreds draft, Flying Sebring has won over $144,000 in prizemoney.

Making it a double for Sebring was three year-old filly See Me Flash, who posted a tenacious head win over 1000 metres for the Henry Dwyer stable and has now won three of 11 starts earning nearly $75,000 in prizemoney.

Sebring has Group I contenders at Caulfield on Saturday with Dissident engaged in the Group I MRC Futurity and Thurlow in the Group I MRC Blue Diamond Stakes, so has truly arrived as a sire of the highest order.
