Debut Juvenile Winner for Sebring

 In 2016

Opening his account with a stylish debut victory at Bendigo on Friday was Sebring two year-old Violate, a $70,000 Inglis Easter purchase for Cloud 9 Thoroughbreds from the draft of Turangga Farm.

A big strapping chestnut trained by Paul Banks, Violate travelled just behind the leaders and forged clear to win by more than a length.

Bred and offered for sale by Turangga Farm, Violate is the second winner from Shantha’s Girl, an unraced Redoute’s Choice daughter of Group I VRC Emirates Stakes winner Sky Cuddle.

Shantha’s Girl has a weanling filly by Star Witness and was covered by the same sire again last year.

Violate is the ninth two year-old winner this season for Sebring.
