 In 2013

Northern Meteor has been running hot over the past few months and featured at rain soaked Randwick on Saturday when his two fillies Northern Glory and Repartee fought out the finish of the juvenile fillies event over 1200 metres.

The Gai Waterhouse trained Northern Glory prevailed to win in a slogging finish, claiming her third victory from five starts with prizemoney topping $174,000.

Northern Glory was a $50,000 purchase for Gai Waterhouse and James Harron Bloodstock from the Royston Stud draft at the 2012 Magic Millions.

She is the first winner for Viscount mare Cliantha, a daughter of Group II winner Seika, who is a half-sister to Group I winner Sports.
