$300,000 for Zousain Half-Brother to Private Harry

Southern Highlands based farm Rheinwood Pastoral have produced and sold two Group I winners in the past 12 months in Libertad and Private Harry, whose half-brother by Zousain sold at Inglis Classic on Sunday for $300,000.

The good looking bay colt from top producer Happy Pilgrim attracted plenty of attention with two new stakes-winners in his immediate family in Paradoxium and Hot and High adding further to his appeal.

The colt was purchased by Archibald Racing / William Johnson Bloodstock, so will go into the stable of Annabel and Rob Archibald, who have already enjoyed G1 success with a Rheinwood product as the trainers of $1.6million earner Libertad.

Kirsty Willis of Rheinwood Pastoral was thrilled with the result.

Also popular on the first day at Inglis Classic was the half-brother by Zousain from Miss Loren to Group III winner Raging Force that made $180,000 for Mullaglass Stud when bought by Snowden Racing with Peter Snowden also the trainer for Raging Force.
