Important Update for Inglis Easter Sebring Colt
Scoring his first Black Type win at Ascot on Saturday was talented sprinter Amorino, who captured the Listed WATC Cyril Flower Stakes making for a timely pedigree update for his yearling half-brother headed to Inglis Easter.
Trained by Grant Williams, Amorino took the 1200 metre sprint by nearly three lengths, taking his overall record to five wins from 17 starts with prizemoney topping $340,000.
Amorino is the best of five winners from Steal My Love, a half-sister by Marauding to Group I winner Danendri, the grand-dam of another Group I winner in Faint Perfume.
The current yearling from Steal My Love is a brown Sebring colt that will be offered by Widden Stud as Lot 225 at the 2014 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale.
