Four in a Row for Sebring Filly
Talented West Australian Sebring filly Art Series has been in hot form in recent months reeling off her fourth consecutive win at Ascot on Saturday.
Prepared by Darren McAuliffe at Lark Hill, two year-old Art Series started her winning streak with a tenacious victory at Ascot on April 26 and has kept improving ever since.
She won twice again at Ascot and Belmont in May and then lined up as favourite in the open juvenile event over 1300 metres on Saturday.
Art Series proved too good again in scoring by three quarters of a length as favourite.
Retained to race by her breeders, Art Series has won four of six starts earning nearly $200,000 in prizemoney.
She is the best of four winners from Don’t Say Halo (USA) mare Left Alone, who comes from the family of WA stakes-winners Arctic Park, Power Plus and Zamerator.
