Strong Magic Millions March Results for Written By

Widden Stud’s exciting young sire Written By enjoyed good results at the Magic Millions Gold Coast March Yearling Sale this week with six yearlings averaging $76,667 to be the second leading sire by average.

Top seller for Written By was Glenlogan Park’s Written By filly from Hey Blondie that sold for $135,000 to Healey Racing/Ezybonds Synd/Furlong Bloodstock.

The attractive chestnut is a half-sister to three winners from good producing Royal Academy (USA) mare Hey Blondie, a half-sister to stakes-winner Magic Aces.

Glenlogan also sold a filly from Dukemore that was bought by Sears Racing/Paul Moroney & Catheryne Bruggeman for $110,000.

She is a half-sister to three winners from a half-sister to stakes-winner Superfly and daughter of stakes-winner Allez France. Dukemore was covered again last spring by Written By,  who has two entries for Inglis Easter.
