$140,000 for Sebring Filly
Sydney – Golden Slipper winner Sebring provided the highest priced filly at the 2013 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale when his filly from Private sold for $140,000.
Consigned for sale by Turangga Farm, the dashing chestnut was bought by Japanese based buyer Mr Sekiguchi, who tasted big race success last Saturday with Marseille Roulette in the $250,000 Inglis Classic.
Marseille Roulette was also bought from the draft of Turangga Farm, so no doubt Mr Sekiguchi will be hoping to continue his good luck from the same source.
The star filly is the second foal of unraced Encosta de Lago mare Private, a half-sister to Group III winner Tully Dane from former Champion Kiwi juvenile and Group I winner Good Faith.
