Sebring Filly Wins Again in South Africa
Australian bred three year-old Sebring filly Circle of Speed, posted her second win in South Africa when scoring at Scottsville on Sunday.
The Sean Tarry trained Circle of Speed beat older rivals to win the 1400 metre contest by half a length, her overall record now two wins and two placings from six starts.
Bred by South African based Klawervlei Stud and foaled and raised at Arrowfield Stud, Circle of Speed is the first winner for triple Group I winner National Colour (SthAf), who was joint South African Horse of the Year in 2005/2006 and was also successful in the UK where she finished second in the Group I Nunthorpe Stakes at Newmarket.
