Strong Magic Millions Results for Zousain

Zoustar’s brilliant Group II winning son Zousain had his first progeny on offer at the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale this week and had some pleasing results.

Phoenix Broodmare Farm sold an eye-catching chestnut colt from young Stratum mare Melaleuca for $130,000 to renowned pinhooker Rhys Smith, while Edinglassie Stud got a good return for their colt from Special Bid (NZ) that made $120,000 when secured by Troy Hall.

Priced this year at $22,000, Zousain had six weanlings sell at an average $72,667.
